DiagnosticPros ("we", "us", "our") is a field service management and diagnostic platform for HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical service contractors. Our app is available at diagpros.online and as an Android application on the Google Play Store.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you register.
- Company data: Business name, address, phone number, and logo you provide during company setup.
- Customer and job data: Customer names, contact information, service addresses, job types, diagnostic measurements, notes, photos, and invoices you create within the app.
- Payment data: Billing information is processed by Stripe. We store transaction identifiers and invoice amounts, but never raw card numbers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser metadata collected automatically.
- Location data: Approximate technician location may be collected when dispatch or GPS tracking is in use, with your explicit permission.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the app and provide field service management features.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, password resets).
- To improve platform reliability and features.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Base44 — our hosting and backend platform.
- Legal authorities if required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. We follow industry-standard security practices.
7. Children's Privacy
DiagnosticPros is intended for professional use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Google Play Data Safety
